Vietnamese people invited by the Czechoslovak government chose the Czech Republic as their home after the fall of communism. As the third largest minority in the country, Vietnamese people offer high-quality, authentic Vietnamese cuisine in Brno. There are many good Vietnamese restaurants in Brno; my favorite is Cà phê, a stylish cafe and bistro. Here you can find authentic Vietnamese classics like Pho Bo (169 CZK) and Bun Bo Nam Bo (155 CZK). They also serve Vietnamese drip coffee with sweetened condensed milk or coconut milk.

9. Super Panda Circus
It may be the best concept bar in the Czech Republic
At an unknown address in Brno (can you give a hint to understand where it is, you handle the rest), guests step into a world filled with colorful characters, circus, games, and interesting cocktails tailored to your personal taste profile by pulling back a curtain.
Note: The team behind Super Panda has opened a summer pop-up bar called Zardan in the garden of Spillberk Castle; continuing the colorful circus atmosphere by serving great cocktails.
10. Na Stojáka
In terms of atmosphere, especially if the weather is nice, the wonderful Výčep Na stojáka, meaning "standing drink house," is great. The idea of standing bars dates back to the 1920s and 1930s; people would stop by during the day to have a beer or two and chat with friends or strangers.
The bar offers beers from small local breweries like Stojácké Poupě. This is a bottom-fermented 12-degree beer made with three types of hops, produced by a small producer in Ostravice, Moravia, called Beskydský pivovárek.
They also serve ‘Chlebicky,’ Czech-style open sandwiches made with delicious ingredients at quite reasonable prices.

11. The Non-Existent Bar
The sibling bar of Super Panda Circus, not as bizarre but hipster, with attentive bartenders, delicious experimental cocktails, and stylish, retro interiors, is a popular draw for locals. Sit in a corner of the bar below and witness the mixology magic before you.

Located in a hidden corner of the city park, Cafe Podnebi is a great place to work, journal, read a book, or enjoy a glass of wine with friends in a magical garden setting. A hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle of Brno.
You can choose from various Illy coffee varieties, quality Ronnefeldt teas, or real Belgian chocolate at very affordable prices. Local beers and Czech cola Kofola are also available.

Element is a project by Jan Liška and Tomáš Reger, who met while working in Dubai. The bar reflects their experiences and education abroad but offers a great experience with a strong emphasis on local ingredients. In line with the city's creative bar scene, the cocktails here are fantastic and quite unique. A must-visit place in Brno.
